RNA-Seq analysis of heart tissue from mice treated with isoproterenol at different time points

Acute sympathetic system activation induces cardiac inflammatory injuries by activating the beta-adrenergic receptor. A beta-adrenergic receptor agonist, isoproterenol (ISO) was used to mimic sympathetic activation. To reveal the dynamic transcriptomic profile, the present study investigates the transcriptional profile of mouse heart tissues at 30 min, 1 h, 1 d, 3 d, and 7 d following ISO treatment.
