SNP and INDEL Variant Dataset of the Beta Mini-Core Collection (BMCC)

This dataset contains SNP and INDEL variants identified in the Beta Mini-Core Collection (BMCC). Variants were called from whole-genome resequencing data of 290 beet accessions and are provided in VCF format (vcf.gz).The dataset has been used for genetic diversity studies and association mapping in Beta species, including sugar beet, table beet, leaf beet, fodder beet, and Beta vulgaris ssp. maritima. It provides a valuable resource for plant geneticists, breeders, and bioinformaticians interested in exploring genomic variation within the BMCC.
