Declarations of assets of certain public exposed persons and designated officials of the Republic of Cyprus, on the basis of the legislation on ‘Offshore Estate’

Publication of asset declarations/officers of Certain Public Exposed Persons and Certain Officials of the Republic of Cyprus, in accordance with the 2004 Law on the President, Ministers and Members of the Republic of Cyprus (Declaration and Control of Assets) (49(I)/2004). On the basis of the recent Decision/Opinion of the Supreme Court of 27 May 2017, all the above officials are required to declare the assets of both themselves and their spouses and minor children. In implementation of the above, the Special Parliamentary Committee on Pothes, set up under this Law, chaired by the President of Parliament and involving two full members and two alternate members, decided to invite the above officials to reconfigure the relevant declaration including the spouses’ assets, in accordance with the above and to proceed with the publication on the Parliament’s website of only the part relating to officials. This declaration shall be submitted by the officials: three months after taking office, (b) three months after the resignation or loss of office, and (c) three years after taking office.本数据集涵盖塞浦路斯共和国特定公职暴露人员及部分公职人员的资产申报信息公开相关内容，相关公开工作依据2004年《塞浦路斯共和国总统、部长及议员（资产申报与管控）法》（49(I)/2004）开展。根据塞浦路斯最高法院2017年5月27日的最新裁决/意见，前述所有公职人员均需申报本人、配偶及未成年子女的全部资产。为落实前述要求，根据本法设立、由议会议长担任主席且包含2名正式委员与2名候补委员的议会Pothes专项委员会作出如下决定：邀请前述公职人员按照前述规定重新填报涵盖配偶资产在内的相关申报材料，并仅将涉及公职人员本人的申报内容在议会官方网站予以公开。前述公职人员需按以下时限提交资产申报：(a) 就职后三个月内；(b) 辞职或离任后三个月内；(c) 就职满三年后。
