Experimental data related to the publication: "Phase Equilibria of the Al-Ti-Nb-Zr-Ta System"
收藏资源简介:
The collection of raw and intermediate data used in the paper "Phase Equilibria of the Al-Ti-Nb-Zr-Ta System". The three investigated samples are marked as S1, S2 and S3, Sx is a placeholder for any of them. Following naming template is used throughout the paper: Sx_Cyy_Pz, where “x” is the sample (S) number (S1-S3), “yy” is a two-digit identifier of the compartment (C, e.g. C22) within the sample (as shown in Figure 3) and “z” is the (0-based) phase (P) index within each compartment. E.g. the third identified phase in compartment C22 of the third sample is labeled as S3_C22_P2 Low magnification BSE micrographs Sx_BSE_overview.tif Full-resolution, calibrated micrographs shown in Figure 4a-c. To be opened in e.g. ImageJ/Fiji software. The raw data for corresponding low-magnification EDS maps cannot be shared through Zenodo due to file size limitations, but can provided from the authors upon request. XRD data Sx_XRD.zip Contains a collection of .xy files with experimental 1D diffraction patterns (plaintext files with metadata included). SEM EDS data Sx_EDS.edaxh5 Raw .edaxh5 files with all EDS scan data used for phase quantification. Can by opened with and .h5 compatible software. Sx_EDS.zip Contains results of the phase clustering using the raw data above: extracted spectra (summation and for each phase) are provided as .msa files, to be opened in e.g. NIST DTSA-II Neptune software phase map is provided as a .tiff file set of parameters used for the phase clustering is provided as .pickle files. These are to be used with the developed and linked EDS clustering tool. standards_EDS.zip Contains .msa spectra of individual elements used for standard-based quantification using NIST DTSA-II Neptune The quantification itself is provided as a Supplementary material A in the related paper. EDS + EBSD correlative analysis S2_EBSD_EDS.edaxh5 Raw data for the correlative EDS + EBSD phase analysis (Figure 9 and Supplementary material C) S2_EBSD_EDS.zip SEM micrographs corresponding to the EDS + EBSD datasets above SEM nanoprecipitate data Sx_nano.zip Original .tiff micrographs of the cuboidal nanoprecipitates observed in S1 and S3 samples (Figures 10 and 11). TEM data S1_TEM_EDS.zip Raw data for recreation of the EDS maps shown in Figure 12. To be opened using JEOL Analysis Station software. S1_TEM_imaging.zip Raw TEM micrographs and SAED patterns, contains .dm4 files, to be opened using e.g. Fiji + Bio-formats plugin.
