Neuron-Microenvironments Associated with Specific Long-Range Connectivity Reveal Functional Modules in the Adult Drosophila Brain

MicroEnv_Morph_feature.csv contains microenvironmental features (columns with the _me suffix) and morphological features for each neuron. Projection_pattern_FAFB-atlas.zip contains the projection matrices of neurons in the FAFB atlas. Projection_pattern_MicroEnv-atlas.zip contains the projection matrices of neurons in the MicroEnv atlas. FAFB_brain_region.zip contains the spatial coordinate information of each brain region in the FAFB atlas. Microenv-atlas.zip contains spatial information of brain regions based on microenvironmental segmentation. synapses_counts.csv contains the number of presynaptic and postsynaptic sites for each neuron.
