Bibliometric Data and Analytical Materials for the Study of GovTech in Wartime and Post-War Reconstruction

This dataset contains bibliometric data and analytical materials prepared for the study “The Role of GovTech in Building an Ethical, Transparent, Equitable, Digital, and Secure State during Wartime and Post-War Reconstruction: Trends and Patterns Analysis from International Experience”. The dataset includes Scopus bibliographic exports, Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny analytical outputs, Excel tables, compressed analytical results, and visualization files used to examine research trends and patterns related to GovTech in wartime and post-war reconstruction contexts.The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and citation of the empirical materials used in the related article planned for publication in Business Ethics and Leadership in 2026. The dataset was prepared based on the results of a study funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine entitled “GovTech for Ukraine: A Digital, Secure, Transparent, and Equitable State in Times of War and Post-War Reconstruction” (registration number: 0126U000544).
