Analysis of the AMSR-E sea ice concentration datasets from the Antarctic Climate and Ecosystems Cooperative Research Centre (ACE-CRC)

The original AMSR-E sea ice concentration data are downloaded daily from IUP Bremen and from the National Snow and Ice Data Centre ftp server in Colorado and processed to produce grids at 3 resolutions: 6.25, 12.5 and 25 km. The 6.25 km datasets include sea ice concentration. The 12.5 km datasets include sea ice concentration, ice concentration difference and five day mean of the surface snow thickness. The 25 km resolution datasets include sea ice concentration, ice concentration difference and ice temperature.
