Associated microbial community in polyps of Aurelia coerulea and Aurelia solida which collected from seven countries Raw sequence reads

We investigated the associated microbial community composition of two Aurelia polyp species (Aurelia coerulea and Aurelia solida) which collected from seven countries maintained under uniform conditions. Our results suggest that the genotype of Aurelia polyps play a key role in determining the colonization of microbiomes.
