The transctription and metabolom of peach fruit which induced by sugar

In this study, cyanidin-3-O-(6-O-p-coumaroyl)glucosides were found to mainly accumulate in fruit flesh treated by glucose, sucrose, sorbitol, and fructose respectively in vitro. The expression of most anthocyanins synthetic genes was also increased in these treated samples. However, <em>Prupe.3G163100</em>(<em>MYB10.1</em>) and<em> Prupe.5G006200</em>(<em>BL</em>), two main transcription factors（TFs）responsible to regulating anthocyanins synthetic genes in peach fruits, were not improved correspondingly in expression level.
