We want to know the constitutive differences between Rock and PR, and also how they respond to DM exposure. We will be able to compare Rock to PR AND each treated strain to its non-treated counterpart.We chose LD50 Rock, so they are exposed to the exact same dose, and we should still see a molecular response in PR probably involving CYP/esterase genes heavily, except if the activity increase, that we previously measured, is due to point mutations on the CYP transcript sequences
