资源简介:
The native freshwater gastropod Amnicola limosus has a large distribution range in Eastern North America, and is of special interest due to its distribution along spatial variation in impact from an invasive molluscivorous fish (Neogobius melanostomus), as well as in calcium concentration, which limits the distribution of this invader and thus provides refuges for the gastropods. We present pooled whole-genome sequencing of twelve gastropod populations from the Upper St. Lawrence River, which we used to test for genetic adaptation of A. limosus to the invasive predator and the low calcium habitats. This data also allowed us to make inference on gene flow patterns and recent demographic history.
