This dataset is a synthetic SUMO–Sionna mmWave D2D benchmark for studying link estimation and relay selection under sparse observations and dynamic blockage. It combines vehicular mobility in a 250 m × 250 m San Francisco scene with 28 GHz Sionna ray tracing and packet-level ACK/NACK/timeout feedback. The release contains activity-dependent sparse operational observations together with a separate sealed all-link reference for evaluating unobserved-link estimation and relay-selection decisions.
