The Land Development Plan LEP describes the definitions of spatial planning for a large-scale order and development of the Land of Hesse and its regions, as well as the supraregionally important plans and measures.:A document setting out a strategic orientation for the development of a particular geographical area by setting out the principles, priorities, programmes and land use for the implementation of the strategic orientation, which influence the spatial distribution of people and their fields of action on different scales.
