Kinetic study on the intermediate non-crystalline phases appearing during the FAU-to-CHA conversion by operando spectroscopy

Zeolites are molecular sieves that hold great importance in the field of catalysis. We have observed some fascinating properties of zeolite synthesis intermediates, such as mesoporosity, Si/Al, yield, and catalytic activity, while their PXRD is amorphous. Here, we aim to better understand the evolution of the synthesis mixture, utilizing SAXS/WAXS techniques, trying to assess the kinetics of different species present.
