This dataset evaluates whether LLM translation can offset low-resource language limitations in medical QA. We translated 442 MedQA questions into Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, and Portuguese, then benchmarked four LLMs. Results show substantial accuracy drops in non-Latin low-resource languages, highlighting health equity risks in multilingual medical AI.
