Burden of third-generation cephalosporin resistance among Klebsiella pneumoniae in Peru: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Study-level dataset supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis of third-generation cephalosporin (3GC) resistance among clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates in Peru (2003–2021). Includes the ten studies in the quantitative synthesis with extracted variables (author, study period, region, specimen type, number of isolates, number resistant to 3GC, pooled proportion with 95% CI) and the full reference for each included study.
