State of the art in the Austrian textile industry

The report describes the state of the art of plants in the textile industry in Austria. The description includes the presentation of emissions and emission reduction measures as well as a presentation of the consumption levels used by Austrian plants. The focus is on those processes that have the greatest environmental impact. In the textile industry, these are wastewater emissions and air emissions when solvents are used. Description of the related production technologies and the emission reduction technology used, the relevant emission values (wastewater and air) are derived for the processes according to the state of the art.
