This dataset was collected using SimMan mannequins programmed to simulate various clinical conditions (Hearth Rate and Respiratory Rate). Using mmWave radar sensors (),Radar signals were meticulously collected across multiple controlled parameters, including different radar positions, distances, and different orientation angles to targets. The radar acquisition parameters were further diversified by varying the number of ADC samples, chirp loops, ramp end times, frame rates, and signal gains, allowing a comprehensive evaluation of how each setting impacts the fidelity of physiological measurements. Simulated clinical scenarios range from stable and healthy states to acute medical emergencies such as apnea, cardiac arrest, and severe respiratory distress.
