Shasta County Adult Probation Caseloads 2022

This dataset was downloaded from the California Department of Justice's OpenJustice platform on May 17, 2024. It contains monthly data for adult probation submitted by Shasta County probation. The dataset provides a statistical profile of felony and misdemeanor probation caseloads, including information on the number of new cases, reinstatements, terminations, revocations, and other key probation-related activities.

The dataset tracks probation caseloads and includes columns for the beginning and ending caseloads for felony and misdemeanor probation, along with details on probation intake and removals. It also includes total counts of probation cases received and removed, broken down by the reason for intake (court orders, reinstatements, or other sources) and removal (terminations, revocations, or other reasons). 

The data is presented in CSV format. Each row summarizes cases for a given month. The columns contain counts of cases grouped by various categories of activity and status.
