In this work, we sequenced the genome of a flax pathogenic fungus, Aureobasidium pullulans strain #16. After sequencing the highly pathogenic A. pullulans strain #16 on the Oxford Nanopore Technologies platform, we basecalled the obtained data using Guppy 6.0.1 and the dna_r9.4.1_450bps_sup.cfg config file at a basecalling quality threshold of 10 (min_qscore = 10).
