Ant Fortune serves a massive user base, with a substantial volume of fund subscription and redemption transactions occurring daily. As a platform, it must collaborate with financial institutions to set short-term inventory quotas for funds, so as to prevent excessive inflows of a single fund within a short period. Such excessive inflows would increase the investment difficulty for fund managers, introduce investment risks, and undermine the yield and stability of users' fund investment products. Meanwhile, the platform also needs to ensure adequate supply of fund inventories to maximize market demand satisfaction. Therefore, fund subscription and redemption prediction and inventory operation planning are of critical significance to both risk management and fund sales.

Unlike conventional time-series forecasting tasks, fund subscription and redemption prediction requires consideration of not only changes in product characteristics such as fund performance, but also the unique attributes inherent in financial marketing scenarios.
