The IASI/Metop Antarctic NAT-containing PSC Product v1

This dataset comprises the Antarctic NAT-containing PSC product (version v1) retrieved from the IASI/Metop measurements: IASI/Metop-A (from October 2007 to December 2020), IASI/Metop-B (from March 2013 to December 2024), and IASI/Metop-C (from September 2019 to December 2024). The files are organized by instrument and by day, and contain the detection index (Hyperspectral Range Index, HRI) of NAT-containing PSCs for each individual IASI measurement at latitudes south of 50° S. For each measurement, the location (latitude and longitude) and the NAT HRI are provided. For detailed information on the detection method and on the product, we refer to Hermans et al.
