The dataset shows, for the year 2012, the total inputs on an hourly basis recorded by the cameras on the C-area entrance gates (https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/mobilita/area-c ), broken down by type of power (BENZINA, DIESEL, ELECTRIC, GPL_METANO, IBRIDO, NC, LPG, MISCELA, IBRIDO GASOLIO, METANO, IBRIDO BENZINA, NC = not classified). The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
