A Synthetic SAP-Structured FP&A Dataset with Plan Versions

A reproducible synthetic dataset for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) research, combining SAP-style double-entry transactional actuals with budget and rolling-forecast plan versions across four fiscal years (FY2022-FY2025). 159,934 postings across 79,967 documents; 22,656 planning rows; 3 company codes, 36 cost centres, 19 G/L accounts, 48 monthly periods plus special periods 13-16; 236 cost-centre x G/L-account forecasting series. Generation is deterministic from seed 42 and ships with a 16-check acceptance suite covering integrity, realism and plan coherence. No real company, client, or SAP customer data were used at any stage. Distributional shape parameters were calibrated against publicly available synthetic sources only.
