Stable isotopes as a proxy for assessing geothermal heat flow in Greenland
收藏资源简介:
Data supplement to Gradl et al. (2026): Datasets produced for the 7 GHF estimates used in the study (Colgan22, Colgan22NG, FMaule09, Greve19, Lucazeau19, Martos18, Shapiro04). txt files were created via numpy.savetxt() and can be recovered via numpy.loadtxt() npy files were created via numpy.save() and can be recovered via numpy.load() coordinates2d_xy.txt contains the x,y coordinates of the mesh vertices of the ISSM model used in the study. Variables in all other files map onto these coordinates. GrLBasalHydroPotential.txt contains the modelled estimates of the basal hydropotential following the Shreve approximation for six different floatation fractions (0.6-1.1). melt_age_iso.txt files contain the modelled estimates of the basal meltrate, the age of the basal ice and the isotope composition of the basal ice. BasalWaterIso.txt files contain the modelled estimates of the isotope composition of the mixed basal meltwater for the six different floatation fractions used. BasalUpstreamArea.txt files contain the modelled estimates of the accumulated upstream area at for the different floatations. BasalWaterFlux.txt files contain the modelled estimates of the area-normalized water flux in the subglacial drainage system for the different floatations. BasalUniformRouting.npy files contain the values of the modelled maximum subglacial drainage system as shown in Fig. S4 in the article supplement. See BasalUniformRouting_README.txt file in the github repo (https://github.com/jakobgradl/isotopes_and_ghf) for further information on these files.
