EOL test species associations.txt

This is a tab delimited file created by manual annotation of text data objects found on selected species pages in the Encyclopedia of Life. Each species page was read and "association phrases" in the text were identified. An "association phrase" was any word or words that indicated an association between the subject of the taxon page and another taxon mentioned in the text. The first three columns give the common name, the scientific name and the EOL ID of the species in question. The next columns give the tabs under which the particular phrase was found and the last column gives the actual phrase. Note that some of the test species did not have any association phrases in their EOL text.
