Highly Multiplexed single-cell RNA-seq by DNA oligonucleotide tagging of cellular proteins

This directory contains sequencing data in fastq format for three scRNA-seq experiments found in Gehring et al. "Highly Multiplexed single-cell RNA-seq by DNA oligonucleotide tagging of cellular proteins" (Nat. Biotech.). A four-sample proof-of-concept experiment, an 8-sample Limits of Multiplexing (LoM) experiment, and a 96-sample growth factor titration. The files can be processed with single-cell RNA-seq software such as kallisto. We provide Google Colab notebooks that download and process the data to more compressed data formats.
