Draft Genome Sequence of Pseudoflavonifractor sp.. Lawsonibacter asaccharolyticus strain:3BBH22

Strain 3BBH22, which is an obligately anaerobic, non-pigmented, non-spore-forming, non-motile, Gram-stain-negative straight rods, was isolated from a faecal sample of a healthy Japanese woman. The 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that strain 3BBH22 represented a member of the genus Pseudoflavonifractor or Flavonifractor within the order Clostridiales and highest similarity to Pseudoflavonifractor capillosus ATCC 29799 (96.7 % sequence similarity), followed by Flavonifractor plautii ATCC 29863 (96.4 %). We analyzed the draft genome sequence of strain 3BBH22.
