Antibiotic resistance and carriage patterns of Staphylococcus aureus among community-dwelling older adults in Hong Kong

This dataset contains the survey data data (information such as sex, age, income, education, medical history and lifestyle behaviours) and laboratory data (whether Staphylococcus aureus is detected) for the elderly participants recruited from the community to assess their Staphylococcus aureus carriage patterns, risk factors and antibiotic resistance profiles (a list of antibiotics were tested).
