Our aims are to (1) analyze the diversity and structure of bacterial community in the BHS; (2) distinguish the abundant and rare subcommunity, and uncover their interaction patterns in the BHS; (3) recognize the key stone species via co-occurrence network analysis; (4) explore the dynamic of abundant and rare subcommunity and their functions along the temporal gradient; (5) discover the controlling factors in shaping the microbial community.
