The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the ‘Ziegelhelde’ development plan of the municipality of Haßmersheim from XPlanung 5.0. Description: General residential area, priority use WA.

分区规划（Zoning Plan，BPL）包含用于规范城市规划秩序的法定强制条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为哈斯默斯海姆（Haßmersheim）自治市采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《齐格赫尔德（Ziegelhelde）》开发规划。说明：通用住宅区，优先使用类型WA。
