WGS of human pooled plasma cfDNA sampled from GI diseased individuals

Healthy individuals, patients with IBD, colorectal adenoma, carcinoma were involved into the study. From the four groups numerous patients were samples. Their blood plasma was pooled. The four pooled samples were sequenced. The sequencing was performed in three different fractions due to the extracted DNA length.
