Development plan Moorfleet 11-Tatenberg 4-Ochsenwerder 10 Hamburg

The development plan Moorfleet 11/Tatenberg 4/Ochsenwerder 10 for the area defined in the installation by a black line east of the Elbe (Bergdorf district, districts 608, 612 and 613) is established. The area covers three sub-areas; these are limited as follows: 1. Billwerder Bay/Moorfleeter Canal (Western boundary of parcels 1766 and 602, west and northeast boundary of parcel 1788, southern boundary of parcel 1788, eastern boundary of parcel 1766 of the Moorfleet area), 2. Locking system of the Dove-Elbe/Tatenberger Weg (north boundary of the parcel 1829, over parcels 1821 and 1861, northern boundary of parcel 1373, over the parcel 1821 of the Moorfleet-east boundary of parcels 823 and 647, over parcel 824, southern boundary of parcel 647, over the Tatenberg area over parcel 1829 of the Moorfleet area), and 3. Port Oortkaten (Flurstück 71 of the Overhaken area).
