Articular Fibrocartilage-Targeted Therapy by Microtubule Stabilization

To investigate the fibrotic effect on BMSCs by CTGF and TGFβ1 treatment, and the anti-fibrotic effect of docetaxel on fibrotic chondrocytes. We established BMSCs primary culture and treated CTGF and TGFβ1, then treated by docetaxel.为探究结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）与转化生长因子-β1（TGFβ1）处理对骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSCs）的纤维化效应，以及多西他赛对纤维化软骨细胞的抗纤维化作用，本研究建立了骨髓间充质干细胞原代培养模型，分别以CTGF与TGFβ1进行处理，随后再给予多西他赛干预。
