通过采集单灯控制器设备的电压、电流和能耗等数据,分析单灯控制器的故障情况和当日用电量,用于分析控制器故障原因和精准判断用电高低峰时段,同时在单灯控制器用电数据发生变化时及时进行告警识别和报警,于告警规则引擎,实现自动识别判断控制器故障情况和动态预警,系统将触发相应的报警机制,例如发送警报通知、显示警告信息或触发自动化控制系统等。对实时采集的用电数据通过定义的告警规则校验匹配,判断电压、电流是否正常,并确定包括欠压、过压、过流等报警,实现回路故障动态识别 1.数据来源 在多个灯杆灯头中安装不同单灯控制器来实时采集不同控制器设备的电压、电流和能耗等数据。 1.数据处理 2.1单灯控制器故障预警 根据单灯控制器的特性和要求,定义一系列告警规则,其中电压<200V,表示欠压;电压>242V,表示过压;电流>80A,表示过流;设计匹配算法,将实时采集的用电数据与定义的告警规则进行匹配;根据匹配算法的结果,识别出是否存在欠压、过压或过流等故障情况。 2.2灯控用电能耗趋势 分别计算每个单灯控制器的当日用电量,并按每日用电信息绘制用电趋势统计图,公式如下: 当日用电量=(截止今日累积用电量—上一日累积用电量); 通过分析用电趋势可以精准判断项目中的用电高低峰时段。 以上述流程的实时性为基础,系统能够在不同单灯控制器用电数据发生变化时及时进行告警识别和报警,实现单灯控制器故障的实时动态识别和报警机制,触发相应的报警机制,例如发送警报通知、显示警告信息或触发自动化控制系统等。

This dataset is constructed by collecting voltage, current, power consumption and other related data from single-lamp controller devices, aiming to analyze the fault conditions of single-lamp controllers and the daily power consumption, which is used for investigating the root causes of controller faults and accurately judging the peak and off-peak power consumption periods. When the power consumption data of single-lamp controllers changes, the system will conduct timely alarm recognition and alerting. Combined with the alarm rule engine, it realizes automatic identification and dynamic early warning of controller faults, and triggers corresponding alarm mechanisms, such as sending alarm notifications, displaying warning information, or triggering automated control systems. The real-time collected power consumption data is verified and matched against the predefined alarm rules to judge whether the voltage and current are normal, and identify alarms including undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent and other issues, so as to realize dynamic identification of circuit faults. 1. Data Source Voltage, current, power consumption and other data of different single-lamp controllers are collected in real time by installing various single-lamp controllers on multiple lamp poles and lamp heads. 2. Data Processing 2.1 Single-Lamp Controller Fault Early Warning Based on the characteristics and design requirements of single-lamp controllers, a series of alarm rules are defined: voltage < 200V indicates undervoltage; voltage > 242V indicates overvoltage; current > 80A indicates overcurrent. A matching algorithm is designed to match the real-time collected power consumption data with the predefined alarm rules. According to the output of the matching algorithm, the system identifies whether there are faults such as undervoltage, overvoltage or overcurrent. 2.2 Power Consumption Trend of Lamp Control System The daily power consumption of each single-lamp controller is calculated separately, and the power consumption trend statistical chart is drawn based on the daily power consumption information. The formula is as follows: Daily power consumption = Cumulative power consumption as of today - Cumulative power consumption of the previous day. By analyzing the power consumption trend, the peak and off-peak power consumption periods in the project can be accurately judged. Based on the real-time nature of the above process, the system can conduct timely alarm recognition and alerting when the power consumption data of different single-lamp controllers changes, realize the real-time dynamic identification and alarm mechanism for single-lamp controller faults, and trigger corresponding alarm mechanisms, such as sending alarm notifications, displaying warning information or triggering automated control systems.
