Pediococcus acidilactici isolate FS6 had a strong potential for gastrointestinal tract adherence and passage. Overall, isolated FS6 had relatively greater potential for practical implementation as human pro-biotics owing to its elevated antimicrobial activity capacity, digestive enzyme resistance, phenol and antibiotics, exopolysaccharide manufacturing, biofilm formation, and antioxidant activity. Overall, our researchshowed that breast milk is an excellent resource for isolating lactic acid bacteria with exceptional features such as probiotics, particular AMPs, docking interaction modes of action, and probiotics safety profiles were defined in this research, suggesting that these candidate strains could be implemented as probiotics in practice. However, there is still a need for more in-vitro and in-vivo studies to verify the positive roles for human health of the isolates acquired in this research.
