Dataset of manual and artificial intelligence-assisted evaluation of public advice on snakebite first aid

The dataset presents the results of a manual and a generative artificial intelligence (GenAI)-assisted automated analysis of 113 answers posted on Quora (Quora, Inc., USA) to general questions on how to provide first aid for snakebites. The dataset contains two files: 1) Prompt engineering log.docx - a log of the prompt engineering process and the final prompt that requested Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft Corporation, USA) to evaluate the submitted answers and identify any non-evidence-based recommendations on snakebite first aid. 2) Answers Dataset.xlsx - the original Quora answers, the results of the manual evaluation of the answers for misinformation, and the outputs of the Copilot evaluation of the answers for misinformation across five iterations.
