Data Source: Statistics Canada, Canadian Census Health and Environment Cohorts 2006 & 2011, 2006 long-form census, 2011 National Household Survey, Canadian Vital Statistics Death Database 2006-2015, and Canadian Cancer Registry 2006-2015.
