Tissue form 3-month old mouse molar teeth was used to obtain mRNA profies in developing wild-type (WT) and matrix metalloproteinase-13 (Mmp13-/-) mice using high throuput RNA-seq.Ssamples were analysed in triplicate using Illumina HiSeq 2500 system. Sequence reads that passed stringent quality filters were analyzed at the transcript isoform level using after passing a t-test (P < 0.05), post-hoc test (Storey with Bootstrapping) with a corrected q value of 0.05. qRTâPCR validation was performed using SYBR Green assays. the effect of MMp13 on tooth development and mineralsiation processes was the focus of this work. Overall design: Dental pulp mRNA profiles of 3-month old wild type (WT) and Mmp13-/- mice. 3 Biological replicates per genotype.
