GeoPackage (GPKG) files containing locations of 12,717 individual rosettes of Puya raimondii Harms from Lampa, Puno, Peru. These data were used to determine topographic preferences of this endangered tropical high-altitude plant and produce projections of future habitat availability, taking account of topography, seed dispersal and potential climate change scenarios. The data were created by visually inspecting high-resolution satellite imagery (2023–2025) and locating individual rosettes from their distinctive shapes.
