In this study, we focus on the effects of ripe Pu-erh tea aqueous extracts on the intestinal microbiota in intestinal flora disorder mice model. Physiological indexes and tissue section results showed that feeding Pu-erh tea extraction could help mice regain weight and alleviate intestinal inflammation. Further detection of intestinal microflora found that Pu-erh tea extraction can promote the growth of intestinal probiotics, inhibit pathogenic bacteria, thereby achieving the effect of treatment of enteritis. This study provides new evidence for the therapeutic effect on Pu-erh tea.
