Basic files" were created for each local, State or federal instrumentality on which the Centre held information. Some files have examples of pamphlets and publications produced by these bodies attached. However, many of the files only contain a return of information which was required in terms of a schedule issued by the Public Service Board in 1963, and which is available from other sources; and in some cases the files only contain nil returns.
