The project investigate the therapeutic potential of hit natural compounds against triple negative breast cancers after a high-throughput screening. RNA-Sequencing analyses were used to compare the gene profiles of vehicle- to compound-treated tumor cells (Cephalomannine, s2408 and 4'-Demethylpodophyllotoxin, s3908, respectively) in 5 different subtypes of TNBC cell lines.
