LODChain

LODChain is a novel online tool for improving the connection of a (new or existing) Linked Open Data (LOD) dataset to the rest LOD cloud. The tool finds the common entities, schema elements and triples between the dataset at hand and hundreds of LOD Datasets (those indexed by LODsyndesis), and then it computes the transitive and symmetric closure of owl:sameAs, owl:equivalentProperty and owl:equivalentClass for discovering new inferred connections for the input dataset. In addition, it detects erroneous mappings, and offers various content-based dataset search and discovery services. Here, we provide results for the following datasets: Greek Children Art Museum (GR-art) with ~2000 triples Geological Timescale (GTS) with ~13,000 triples The dataset World War I as LOD from the Universities of Aalto and Helsinki, Finland with ~ 50,000 triples A subset of the dataset MuziekWeb with over 500,000 triples. A subset of the dataset Persons of National Library of Netherlands with 1,000,000 triples. Moreover, we provide the initial version of datasets. https://demos.isl.ics.forth.gr/LODChain
