This dataset contains the transcripts of 11 interviews carried out in 2016 during the EPSRC funded project Design for Additive Manufacturing (D4AM). The interviews explore the knowledge and experience of 18 experts in designing end-use components produced using additive manufacturing processes. The interviews shed some light on how practitioners design end-use components for additive manufacturing. <br>
