The State Employee Survey 2018-2021, only comparable questions

This dataset is a combination of the surveys "Statsansatteundersøkelsen 2018" and "Statsansatteundersøkelsen 2021". Only variables that are comparable between the two years are included in this dataset. The Statsansatteundersøkelsen, formerly known as the Medarbeiderundersøkelsen, is a representative survey among state employees (excluding the Armed Forces, health trusts, etc.). The purpose of the survey is to gather knowledge that can contribute to improvements in leadership development and the overall employer and personnel policies in the state sector.

In 2018, the survey was conducted by The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ). Statistics Norway (SSB) and Rambøll Management Consulting assisted in the implementation of the survey. In 2021, the survey was conducted through a collaboration between Rambøll Management Consulting, DFØ, and SSB.
