The files are organized by main figure (Figure-2 and Figure-6), with three replicate Excel workbooks per figure. File names follow the format hSUV3-condition-set-replicate-N.xlsx, where the condition set identifies the tested hSUV3 constructs and N indicates the replicate. Each workbook contains pre-ATP fluorescence data in Sheet2 and post-ATP kinetic fluorescence measurements in Sheet3; construct and assay-condition definitions are provided in the workbook legend.
