Survey of user satisfaction of state roads

The purpose of the survey was to obtain data on the characteristics of the journeys made by users. satisfaction with the service offered, the awareness and opinion of the road operator and the maintenance priorities; and development of roads. The survey was conducted in two parts. The first part — F1, was carried out among public road users and the second part — F2, it was carried out among business users (logistics or transport managers). Both parts cover three strands: type of participation in transport, general assessment of the road network and acquaintance with the Roads Directorate of the Republic of Slovenia.
