We adressed the impact of the receptor tyrosine kinase Axl and ist ligand Gas6 on gene expression in cellular HCC models, including cells harbouring Axl KO and exogenous reexpression. Overall design: Differential gene expression analysis was performed based on RNA-seq data of HLF, HLF-nickase, HLF-Axl-KO and HLF-Axl-KO-wt-Axl cells stimulated with Gas6. Analysis was done in technical triplicates for each cell line.
