Repository for: Age‐independent non-breeding isotopic niche in a migratory bird: Anindirect test of the serial residency hypothesis Authors: Petr Procházka, Nataša Gemzová, Milica Požgayová, David X. Soto, VojtěchBrlík This repository contains the data and R code supporting the analyses presented inthe manuscript “Age‐independent non-breeding isotopic niche in a migratory bird: Anindirect test of the serial residency hypothesis.”The study investigates age-related differences in non-breeding resource use in theEurasian Reed Warbler using stable isotope ratios of carbon (δ¹³C) and nitrogen(δ¹⁵N). All scripts are fully annotated and reproduce the main statistical analyses andfigures presented in the paper, including isotopic niche estimation, mixed-effectsmodelling, and comparisons of individuals sampled repeatedly across years. The analyses compare isotopic niche characteristics between young (2CY) and adult(+2CY) individuals, including:- Univariate comparisons of δ13C and δ15N- Linear mixed-effects models (LMMs)- Kernel-based isotopic niche estimation (rKIN)- Bayesian isotopic niche analysis (SIBER)- Within-individual comparisons across consecutive years Files included:- **IHES_data.csv**Main dataset with isotopic measurements and individual-level information (n =166)- **repeated_data.csv**Dataset of individuals sampled in two consecutive years (n = 17), used forwithin-individual comparisons- ** IHES_code_R2.R**annotated R script reproducing all analyses, tables and figures in the manuscript
